Andrea Jackson, of Miramar, also submitted her ballot in the mail on Oct. 25, but her ballot didn’t make the cut. Jackson said she voted for Cherfilus-McCormick, who still won without her ballot, but that doesn’t make Jackson feel any better. “I’m still upset,” Jackson said. “I’m appalled. I gave enough time for my ballot to be included in the number. I’m literally shocked. When I submit, I expect it to be part of the record.”
