“I have spoken with the Corps over the course of this, about the need to reduce harmful discharges into the Caloosahatchee and St. Lucie estuaries and move more water south,” he said. “… I think if we can get something that’s balanced, that folks particularly on the coasts are happy with, I think that’s going to be a really good thing. I don’t want to prejudge it because I just don’t know what’s going to end up happening.”
