SAVANNA BEST – WOMEN’S SWIMMING
Best was the top performer for the fourth-ranked Sharks as NSU dominated a dual meet against Rollins on Friday. Best was a part of the 200-yard Medley relay winning team, and also added three individual event wins. The senior also added victories in the 100/200 breaststroke and the 200-IM. Best was recognized with her first career Sunshine State Conference Swimmer of the Week honor following the performance.

MATTY CORNISH – MEN’S SOCCER
As he has throughout much of the year, Matty Cornish ignited the NSU offense this past week, leading the Sharks to an unbeaten record in two matches. In Wednesday’s victory at Barry, it was Cornish that changed the momentum of the match, putting the Sharks on the board after trailing early. On Saturday, with the Sharks playing a man down, he then tallied the equalizer in the 90th minute to help secure a 4-4 draw against Saint Leo. Cornish has now scored in each of the past four games, a stretch in which NSU has gone a combined 3-0-1. He ranks among the Top-10 in the league in both goals and assists.

ELIZBETH PRICE – 
The freshman standout was a force throughout the South Region Crossover for the Sharks, tallying 41 kills across three matches, while adding a hitting percentage of 0.322, with 12 digs, three blocks and one ace. On the season, Price ranks fifth in the SSC in kills with 226.
