The second system, a tropical wave several hundred miles east-southeast of the far eastern Caribbean, will move through an environment slightly more favorable for development, though its chances still remain low at 30% in the next five days, according to the National Hurricane Center. The tropical wave will move west-northwest at 15 mph for the next few days before dumping heavy rainfall and winds on the far eastern boundaries of the Caribbean.
