As of 11 a.m. Monday, the storm was 90 miles south of Ocean City, Md., and 330 miles south-southwest of Montauk, N.Y., moving east-northeast at 28 mph. Its maximum sustained were clocked at 40 mph, with higher gusts, according to the hurricane center.
