“If we do have to take the unfortunate step of having a shutdown or doing something to that effect, we’re going to have to justify it to the community,” Miami Mayor Francis Suarez said. “Hopefully we’ll have the data to be able to say, look, the reason why we are doing this is for x, y or z reason.”
