
But Desmond Meade of Orlando, who spearheaded the Amendment 4 campaign, said in a Facebook Live post, “It might surprise you, but it sort of made me anxious, hearing what folks are saying and the hope people were having … and the reason why is it kind of saddened me is because ever since we passed Amendment 4, we’ve been on a roller coaster ride — the highs, the lows and the in-betweens … I’m a little confused and frustrated with what’s been going on.”
