You’d think Presidents Day was a day off school, wouldn’t you?

Although Broward and Miami-Dade schools were closed, Palm Beach County has kept its classrooms open on Presidents Day for the past two years. But the district made it a holiday for students and teachers in 2010, 2013 and 2014, and a day off for students but a work day for teachers in 2011 and 2012 and 2015 through 2018.
