Video posted to social media appears to show the incident. In the footage a man holding what appears to be a knife is sitting on a ledge. It’s not clear if he’s Tasered, or shot, but the man appears to be initially incapacitated by something and falls to the ground. Officers then rush him while he’s on the ground and a burst of shots from the officers’ handguns ring out.
