Terra, which was co-founded by Martin, just closed on a deal to buy 70 acres for $52 million in Northwest Miami-Dade, where the project would rise. The site is on Northwest 170th Street between Florida’s Turnpike and I-75, near Hialeah and Miami Lakes. The land was originally zoned for industrial development, but has been rezoned for a multifamily community.
