“He was hustling them, and the cash never leaves Koslow’s pocket,” Davis said. “What really happened here was the FBI got hustled by Koslow. The prosecutor wants you to use these little snippets of undercover tapes to reach a wrong conclusion, that Mayor Cooper knew about this scheme. They are going to try to use these tapes to implicate her in a scheme she was never aware of.”
