The Andrews Avenue drawbridge will be narrowed to one lane in each direction from Thursday through March 1, 2020, and it will close completely to all vehicle and pedestrian traffic between July 8 and Aug. 6. That complete closure could be extended due to severe weather or other unforeseen obstacles, officials said.
