Zoppé – An Italian Family Circus, Friday – Sunday

This enchanting show carries on centuries-old circus traditions, with bareback riding and equestrian stunts, hilarious clowning, acrobats, jugglers, and more. Galuppi’s Kids Character Brunch, Sunday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Event includes Disney princesses and Marvel super heroes walking table-side and interacting with the children, along with a singalong event. Also included is a petting zoo, face painting and a balloon artist. 1103 N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach. $8.95 Children/$24.95 Adults.

Slime Break at Miami Children’s Museum, Saturday and Sunday, Noon – 4 p.m.

Create your own custom slime in MCM’s Slime Room, where you can choose color, “toppings,” and even a scent. There will also be Slime O’Clock demonstrations at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., where one lucky winner will get to be slimed! $15-$20. (Event included with paid admission) 980 MacArthur Causeway, Miami.

American Girl Live, Friday (7:30 p.m.) and Saturday (3 p.m., 7 p.m.)

In American Girl Live, a 90-minute musical that celebrates the power of girls and strength of friendship, audiences join five spunky campers and their fearless counselor at Camp American Girl. Overcoming fears and obstacles along the way to having the summer of their lives, these brave campers rely on wisdom and advice delivered by Rebecca, Maryellen, Julie, Nanea, Luciana, and Melody – the beloved American Girl dolls they’ve brought along to camp. $33.75 – $73. Family Day at The Greater Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival, Sunday, Noon – 5 p.m.

A fun-filled day with local food trucks, children’s activities and live music. Event is free to attend, but a donation of canned goods or an unwrapped toy are encouraged. ArtsPark at Young Circle, One Young Circle, Hollywood.
