Schools get ‘stop-the-bleed’ equipment that could save lives

Broward Sheriff Gregory Tony shows one the bleeding control kits that will go to every public and charter school in Broward County. Each kit contains a tourniquet, bleeding control dressing, compressed gauzes, a survival blanket that will help give trauma victims an increased chance of surviving an uncontrolled bleeding injury.
