A woman found shot in the arm in Oakland Park Sunday morning was subsequently arrested for home burglary and auto theft, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said. Deputies received a call about a home burglary and shooting around 5 a.m. and responded to the 4900 block of Northwest 13th Terrace, where they found Ruika Abdulrahman, 31.
