The 15th annual bash as interpreted by Funky Buddha will feature live music and dance from Alpine Express Band, the Auerhahn Schuhplattlers and yodeler-zither-accordion player Sepp Diepolder. The brewery will tap Oktoberfest-themed beers Buddhafest Marzen (an amber lager) and Bonita Applebum (an apple pie brown ale blended with cinnamon, vanilla and apples), and will host stein and beer barrel races, apple strudel-eating contests and “Beer 101” seminars, and carnival rides and games. Then, watch a few speedy weenies race to the finish lines during the Dachshund Dash. Admission: $5, and children under 12 are free.
