Man accused of DUI, vehicular homicide in crash that killed bicycle rider and flipped truck

A Pembroke Pines man was driving drunk when he caused the crash in Davie that threw a bicycle rider more than 150 feet — killing him — and also overturned a pickup truck, sending its driver to a hospital, police said.
