Hurricane Elsa is forecast to approach the Florida Keys and South Florida by early Tuesday morning, according to the National Hurricane Center. There remains a lot of uncertainty in the forecasted track and strength of Elsa, and the hurricane center said it’s possible the storm will lose strength in the Caribbean and be downgraded to a tropical storm.
