Ultra bold Ulta thieves

Four brazen thieves walked into an ULTA Beauty store recently, calmly pilfered merchandise from the shelves as employees watched, and walked out with their loaded shopping bags. It wasn’t the first time. Multiple, similar crimes at ULTA stores, possibly with the same suspects, are being investigated by the Boynton Beach Police Department, PBSO – Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Broward Sheriff’s Office as well as others throughout the state. The incident in Delray Beach happened just after 1 p.m. June 11 at 1636 S. Federal Hwy. The three women and one man were in and out of the store in about two minutes with more than $5,000 in merchandise. Witnesses said they left in a silver, four-door car, possibly a Mercedes. Clear surveillance video captured the crimes. One female suspect wore a white shirt and blue jeans. Another wore a large, yellow, hooded sweatshirt. The third woman wore a black dress, and the male suspect wore a white shirt, basketball shorts and sneakers. As employees tried verbally to stop the thieves, the suspect in the yellow sweatshirt pulled out a cannister of pepper spray and threatened to use it on an employee. Anyone who recognizes these criminals can report information anonymously to Palm Beach County Crime Stoppers at (800) 458-TIPS (8477) or to DBPD Det. Anthony Sala at (561) 243-7867. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $3,000 for information that leads to an arrest. PLEASE SHARE
