Attacker stabs two, killing man and injuring woman, before stabbing himself to death

“At this time we are unable to determine the relationship of all three people as well as what happened here at the scene,” Carter said. “Detectives are talking to everyone at the scene as well as anyone who may have seen anything. There’s a lot of people in this neighborhood police need to talk to.”
