Sunrise strip club suing Stormy Daniels for canceling appearances, report says

Goldfinger Gentlemen’s Club is suing adult star Stormy Daniels for allegedly breaching a contract after she backed out of two performances last December at the Sunrise club.

“We felt that Ms. Clifford breached her contract with Goldfinger by failing to perform and we are availing ourselves of all remedies under the contract,” Goldfinger attorney Louis J. Terminello told WTVJ-Ch. 6.

Terminello is with the Miami law firm Greenspoon Marder. The NBC station reported that the contract between the club and Daniels “called for her to pay the strip club $10,000 if she willfully failed to appear.”

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, announced on her Instagram account last December that she canceled her two performances at Goldfinger after claiming that the club’s owner referred to her assistant with an anti-gay slur. In the post, she also said that she canceled after the owner reportedly requested that she perform in the club’s VIP area.
