The Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) Debate Initiative is holding its second annual Debate Luncheon, which highlights the initiative with a special focus on how businesses can get involved with students and the BCPS debate program. This year, debate students will demonstrate their skills and knowledge with the following public forum topic: Resolved: In the United States public K-12 schools, the probable cause standard ought to apply to searches of students.
