Halmos College alumna Crystal Conway (BS ’05, MS ’07) received the 2017 Civilian Employee of the Year from the Boca Raton Police Services Department. Crystal began working for the Boca Raton Police Services Department in 2014 and soon after, she took over as the Quality Assurance Officer and Technical Officer. She works closely with detectives and officers at our own department to provide guidance on serological issues and consults on casework when needed. In 2017, Crystal and her partner worked 172 cases and achieved 63 DNA hits.
