Nova Southeastern University hosted the 21st annual Innovative Teacher Idea Expo for the Broward Education Foundation on February 3.
More than 450 Broward County Public Schools teachers and guests participated in professional development workshops to enrich teachers with best strategies and practices for their classrooms.
Abraham S. Fischler College of Education faculty and staff presenters included
July Coughlin, Ed.D., who welcomed event attendees, Drs Jia Borror, Ed.D. and Angie Su presented one of the workshops, and Lenny Jacobskind, Ed.D. and Rogeria Higgs provided coverage for a program information table to support teachers in pursuit of a graduate education degree.
